About Me
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP (Accred) a UKRCP Registered Independent Counsellor/Psychotherapist and a member of the ITA.
I have worked in a variety of settings both in London and Brighton during the past six years where I have seen a wide range of clients both men and women who have sought counselling for many reasons.
Some of which have included concerns about relationships, depression, self esteem, loss, bereavement, identity, sexuality, addictions and general life events.
What I Offer
I realise that making the first move to seek help may cause some anxiety and uncertainty about what will happen and what is involved in starting therapy.
That is why it is important, in the first meeting, to get a feel for what it will be like to work with me before you make your decision to continue, based on what feels right for you.
What I offer is individual counselling in London and Brighton where I work from home, which is easily accessible by public transport. If we agree to work together I would see you for 50mins at an agreed time and day, usually once a week.
Initially I would work with you to identify what has brought you to counselling and explore with you what it is you wanted to achieve from the process.
